Vulnerable Sector Check

All coaches will require a vulnerable sector check completed prior to October 31, 2020. All checks after this time will remain on file for a period of three years after which a new check will be required. All completed checks must be submitted to the THMA registrar by October 31, 2020. To obtain your vulnerable sector check, print a copy of the request letter and take it with you to any RCMP detachment and complete the documentation as directed.

Respect In Sport

Effective May 1, 2018,  coaches and team officials will be required to re-certify their Respect In Sport programs every 4 years. Sign in to see if your certificate is still valid.

Respect in Sport for Coaches

All coaches must complete the "Return to Hockey Safety" Module via the Hockey Canada University website.

All costs related to training courses will be reimbursed once course is complete and the receipt has been submitted to Thorhild Minor Hockey Association.
